We have entered into definitive agreements to acquire assets expected to deliver over 5GW of potential power capacity across facilities in Alberta and British Columbia facilities, which would position us to become a leading provider of AI and high-performance computing infrastructure in North America. These facilities leverage dual natural gas supplies, world-class carbon sequestration capabilities, and industry-leading expertise to deliver reliable, cost-effective computing power at scale.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
The facilities we’ve entered into definitive agreements to acquire leverage strategic industrial locations with dual natural gas supply, grid connections, and high-speed fiber connectivity. The flagship asset is a 850-acre industrial site in Southern Alberta with world-class carbon capture and sequestration capabilities, scalable to 4GW of total capacity. The British Columbia asset adds another 1GW of potential capacity. If we can close on these definitive agreements, we believe Gryphon will be positioned as a leader in North American computing infrastructure.
Energy Integration & Innovation
Our power strategy intends to combine natural gas generation with cutting-edge carbon sequestration technology. Through our definitive agreement to acquire the British Columbia asset’s 5+ Tcf of contingent natural gas resources and our definitive agreement to acquire the Alberta asset’s dual natural gas supply, we expect to achieve power costs under $0.01/kWh while maintaining environmental responsibility, once these transactions close.
